Recent studies have shown that ADHD is not a disease. Dangerous prescription drugs such as Concerta make it more difficult for those who have trouble paying attention, but the coaching in this app is excellent. I think it gives many people the option of coping with ADHD through cognitive behavioral therapy. Kudos to the developer!
