Great product and great people there

I've been using Albato for about a month and am impressed with the interface, as well as the rate at which they've been adding new features. I like that the layout is visually intuitive. I don't have any experience in programming and didn't know the difference between webhooks and API until last week, yet I'm already able to create simple automations that make my business run more efficiently.

I recently started using this Albato into my workflow, and it enhanced productivity and reduced manual tasks, saving me many hours of work. Automation is quick and easy for many apps in the app library to connect. The recent update launched made the work even smoother and easier. I was using Zapier before, but it was very expensive for me, so I switched to this tool just to save some money. Integration with apps was easy.

I use Albato to connect Lemlist with my stack (CRM, Google Sheets, Slack). The no-code UI is clean, templates get you moving fast, and the custom app integrator covers edge cases. It’s priced better than Zapier, updates land regularly, and app coverage is wide—and growing.

Trade-offs: fewer native apps than the big players, the custom integrator has a learning curve, docs/UI could be tighter, and operation counting can burn through usage faster than you expect.

Bottom line: a cost-effective way to move my Lemlist campaign data wherever it needs to go, without fuss.

The support team is also responsive and genuinely helpful.

What I don’t like Some advanced options in certain integrations are still limited, so I occasionally have to use workarounds. Also, the documentation could benefit from more real-world examples and step-by-step guides for more complex scenarios.

How it benefits me It has saved me several hours of repetitive work every week by automating tasks like syncing data between my CRM, email marketing tools, and spreadsheets. This means I can spend more time on strategic work and less on manual processes, which has improved both my productivity and my response time to clients.

I had been contemplating the use of Albato, Zapier, and Make. Surely, many others have faced similar dilemmas. I have explored all of these options firsthand. Among them, Albato proved to be the most accessible and user-friendly for me. While it's straightforward, it still fulfilled all my specific task requirements without any shortcomings.

In my personal experience, I’m using Albato to connect Tidycall to ActiveCampaign, making it similar to, if not even more efficient than, the native Calendly app. With Albato, I was able to separate first and last names into two distinct fields, assign different names for the six calendar types in Tidycall, and transfer them to ActiveCampaign, placing all the questions through arrays into the various fields of ActiveCampaign.

Believe me, this tool is worth its weight in gold! I genuinely want to give my honest feedback: no one paid me for this, but I just want to express my appreciation for the Albato team who helped me with my work and are saving me money!
