I'm a paid user and I haven't been able to access my gsuite work contacts for 3 days now. This means that I can't pull up my bosses calendar or anyone else's calendar the way I can in gcal when I want to schedule. Support is responsive, but also ineffective as we were told 2 days ago that this would be fixed today. Might want to give this one more time to bake.
