Asana kept us sane during the early chaos — organizing dev tasks, deadlines, feedback rounds, and even launch prep. Simple, visual, and reliable.
Structured and scalable. Asana works great whether you’re managing a solo project or leading a whole team. The mix of lists, timelines, and automations makes it easy to stay on track. PayDirt connects directly to your Asana tasks, letting you log time with precision and invoice with confidence.
Amazing task manage system and Gantt chart even for a small team.
We adopted Asana for pretty much all of our business projects, initiatives and even personal 1:1s. It's used widely in our business, and the extensive integrations make it a native part of our product stack. The only downside was that once we hit a certain number of users (it wasn't huge, something like 25) we were forced to upgrade to an enterprise plan, which came with a heafty price tag and annual billing. We are not an enterprise at 25 seats. Enterprise should be 100+
Asana kept our development and content teams organized during the Abilite build. It made it easy to track tasks, deadlines, and keep everyone aligned without missing critical details.
I tried out a lot of different CRM's to manage all aspects of operations (tickets, bug tracking, feature sprints, etc) and I ended up really liking Asana purely from an interface perspective. I found almost all CRM's are very similar and just locked in Asana after playing with it for a few days, and it has been very useful since.
My team uses Asana to organize tasks and keep track of deadlines. I personally appreciate its clean layout and easy task assignment. However, it can feel overwhelming when projects get large, and some features are less intuitive. It’s a solid tool but could use better usability for bigger teams.
Asana has been a great tool for managing tasks and keeping my projects on track. I use it to assign work, set deadlines, and track progress with my team. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I’d love a few more customization options, but overall it’s a strong four stars.
It's quite easy to navigate. Sometimes it doesn't launch on my android.
Behave’s team is small but mighty — and Asana keeps it that way. We use Asana to break down launches, product builds, and sales outreach into clear, trackable goals. From founder syncs to development sprints to marketing prep, Asana keeps our dreamers focused.
I used Asana for project management and product planning. I'm satisfied with all the features, gamification and great notifications!
