Basecamp for collaborating
One of the best project management tools I’ve used. I really love the interface and the way it flows—it fit into my workflow seamlessly.
Tip: Using the reports feature changed so much for me
Organisation never been easier with this product
My team recently switched to Basecamp, and it's the best project management platform on the market. The platform is intuitive enough for everyone to be able to pick it up quickly and transfer all of our ongoing projects there. Plus, you can manage notification preferences, making it easier to manage your inbox without unnecessary alerts.
This was our first time using Basecamp and we loved it. We have a colocated team so basecamp made it easy and efficient for us to all come together and create our product. It is lighter weight than what we usually use (Jira/Teams) and worked well.
Absolutely enjoyed posting updates in Basecamp. The article view is great. My only challenge has always been the dashboard view of the different boards. I've always preferred a list view, but somehow it isn't available. Would appreciate having a list view for the dashboard instead.
I am using Basecamp as my daily driver. It's incredibly easy to use and it's Kanban Boards are pretty intuitive too. The only downside is that it only has paid tiers as compared to other tools like Jira or Slack which offer free usage (with a decent set of features) ideal for small teams and freelancers. Nevertheless, Basecamp is definitely worth checking out.
We made the switch to Basecamp and the Shape Up product development process in 2020 and have never looked back. Fewer meetings, more time spent build and shipping great product.
