BeRocker AI CRM

I know this is a review of the product but i just want to give a shout out to the devlopers behind the project. The guys at BeRocker have been a pleasure to work with. They are very receptive about feedback and do their best to implement ideas as quickly as possible. On the software end of things I am torn. On one hand I want to sing the praises about what BeRocker CRM has done for my business but on the other it feels like an industry cheat code that I want to keep to myself. That being said, BeRocker has streamlined our workflow significantly. The UI is easy to navigate and it provides all the tools that a broker in the transport industry would need to be succesful. From the AI tools to the ability to centralize all customer communication in one place its a dream come true for my small business. I only imagine how well this would scale with a large company. This was the easiest 5 stars for me to give to a product.

I recently started using this CRM, and it has completely changed the way I run my business. What really stands out is how seamlessly everything is integrated — from AI-powered calls and text replies to Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch in one place.

The AI call and text features save me so much time, handling routine inquiries instantly and keeping my customers engaged 24/7. It feels like I’ve got an extra team member working around the clock.

On top of that, having Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch built right in makes operations so much smoother. I no longer have to juggle between multiple platforms — everything I need is centralized, which has cut down on errors and made the whole process much faster.

The interface is clean, user-friendly, and the support team has been excellent. Overall, this CRM is a huge upgrade for anyone in the dispatch and logistics industry. Highly recommend!
