Blitzit is the best productivity tool. period. The reason I like it so much is how easy it fits into my workflow. I've found a lot of similar tools actually take too long to use, where Blitzit makes this process really easy. It's also the only tool thats actively helped me to build really good habits.

On the day I registered, I left a support message via the chat on the website - August 16. I was never able to use the app. Today, on August 25th, I went to check on my question. Imagine my surprise when I saw that no one answered the question, even though it was listed as read. I don't see the point in paying for a service that isn't ready to help the user at the time of onboarding. Do they have so many users that it can be ignored? Or will no one answer me after the payment?

I’ve been on a never-ending quest to level up my productivity, and let me tell you—Blitzit App is like strapping a jet engine to your to-do list. 🚀 From the moment I fired it up, my focus time went from a sluggish stroll to a full-on sprint. Tasks that used to linger on my list for days now get crushed in minutes, and it feels like I’ve unlocked some secret superpower for getting things done at lightning speed. ⚡️

Tips for getting the most out of Blitzit:

-- Block your calendar before you start: Reserve uninterrupted slots so Blitzit can work its magic without distractions. -- Use the “Sprint Mode” feature: I set 25-minute bursts with a 5-minute break—perfect Pomodoro rhythm. -- Tag with context: Label tasks by project or priority to glide seamlessly from one focus session to the next.

Alternatives I’ve tried (and why Blitzit won me over):

-- Notion: Great for notes and databases, but I found its task boards a little heavy and the friction of switching views killed momentum. -- Our in-built CRM’s task module: Convenient, but it felt clunky—every quick to-do turned into a multi-click ordeal. -- ClickUp: Powerful, yes, but setting it up felt like installing a spaceship control panel just to write a checklist.

By contrast, Blitzit is delightfully zero-setup: open the app, hit “Start,” and you’re off. It’s like stepping into a soundproof cabin where your brain can laser-focus on the job at hand—pure, uninterrupted flow.

And because vibes matter, I pair Blitzit with the best Lofi Chill Music playlist on Spotify. 🎶 Imagine this: you hit “Start,” Blitzit whirs into action, and gentle lofi beats wash over you like a calming wave. It’s the cherry on top of an already sweet productivity sundae. 🍒

If you’re ready to transform the way you tackle your day, give Blitzit App a spin—you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. Your to-do list won’t know what hit it! 😄

Customer support brainless. Paid for the subscription - the app didn't update with the newly paid features. After several re-installs, logging in and out the app wouldn't update with the paid features.

I reach out to customer support and won't refund - even though the app doesn't work/update with the premium features I paid for!

NEVER would I recommend this app - just lost my money.

There's a lot to like about this software, and one thing to hate - it breaks constantly.

The same basic bugs have been plaguing it for months with little to no action to permanently fix the issues.

These include to-do items disappearing, being duplicated and being randomly shuffled - which essentially means it's a to-do list that can't do the core functionality of a to-do list. It can, however, do lots of other genuinely fun things - like show memes when you finish tasks, and display a pomodoro timer.

But at the end of the day, what's the point when their users still have to pay for a Trello licence, in the knowledge that Blitzit will irretrievably mess with half of their to-do list on a bad day.

I have tried many to-do lists apps in the past and they all had in common that they were cluttered and confusing. I love Blitzit because it tells you which task to focus on right now and which to leave in the backlog. The focus mode feature is what I love the most because keeps you committed to the task at hand and it doesn't interfere with other windows you have opened.

Blitzit is an intuitive, lightweight addition to your stack that will most definitely boost your productivity! Organizing your days and weeks is a snap, especially with the Google Calendar and Notion integration. It's helped me refine my workflow, prioritize tasks better and fit in time to take breaks too. The floating panel is fantastic for keeping time management top-of-mind along with quick access to your daily tasks. Essentially, it's chefs kiss 😁
