Really excellent! This is a product worth your attention
We’ve tested everything—from clunky drag-and-drop chatbot builders to bloated enterprise “AI assistants” that require a PhD to configure. Botric is the first platform we’ve used that delivers intelligent, contextual, useful answers without all the noise.
We deployed our bot “Elmer” on a public shooting range website where the questions are wildly unpredictable. Botric handled FAQs, safety rules, even curveball questions like “Can I play frisbee on the 100-yard range?”—and nailed them. The rules engine and document ingestion are seriously powerful.
