I like the recent update they put out. It enabled crypto trading for me, through Kraken I believe. And even got me €10 in Bitcoin to start. There's no way to transfer anything out of bunq, but I dont need it. Selling to bank, I still have the exchange rates same as CMC shows. Much more convenient than tryign to register on an exchange.

I’m glad that I saw bunq one time online, because now my all family is on it, even my school kids! Set up the app and now it automatically sends them pocket money, so that they can buy lunches. 5 star

I use this for "high yield" . Default money account, not even doing anything. Still earning more than most banks could give me. For real though, I think bunq and other "neobanks" are straigh-up better . I see so many extra features here that Credit union and others just dont even think of. And if something else users wants appears - I see it on forums, and in 3-5 months I see it in the app.

for a beginner, this is a good bank. Fast to register, and using funds is ez. I also got a lot more free things that I have expected 🤩 Including cashbacks, and free deals bunq has with top brands.

I was with bank that was apparently chaarging me 20 euros (HIGHER than the highest tier of sub here!) Just for the fact that I wasnt doing anything with my account. My money was just sitting pretty there, and in a few monhts - it was 100 EUROS LESS, for no reason at all! Thats why here I REALLY appreciate the transparency: fees, rates, and settings are all in plain language, not hidden in PDFs.

Joint account for family is actually a smart idea to do. We made it with my wife and kids, and now can budget the money all together, and even save money in joint savings account. I think that kids should understand the basics of money laws since childhood, and it’s kinda working. But yeah, telling them what to do is a struggle cause they don’t like to listen 😅 But hey, can’t complain using them.

Got elite because free foreign currency transfers. Wasted tons of money on this before, €18 is not just a big deal in comparison

App works great. Every update something slightly breaks though. Sometimes its a visual bug, sometimes there's screen glitching, happened ones. But for how many features it has, I still like it.

I’m not sure how the AI bot work for others, but it is a bit laggy and gives an off topic information. The idea is good, but the performance is not the best. Besides the bot, as a bank they are solid. To get the best of them it is essential to have a pro subscription at least, as it opens a tons of new features. For instance, the couple of foreign transactions are free as well as atm withdrawals.
