Cal.com gives us full control over scheduling. It’s more flexible and founder-friendly than other calendar tools.
Helps us schedule dozens of sales calls a week
Easy, open-source calendar scheduling. What's not to love?
It's ridiculous for Cal.com to call itself "open source" after pulling a classic bait-and-switch. They attracted a community by offering key features like team member functions, only to rip them out of the open-source version and lock them behind a proprietary paywall. This move is a betrayal of the open-source spirit and a genuine shame for a project that once held so much promise.
Very happy with cal.com It has some great quality of life features that I like. The open-source ethos is great for a techy so I can create an issue and they can decide whether to implement or not. The workflow for both sides is a lot more pleasant than calendly, fantastical, and a few others I've tried. Excited to try out cal.ai
My daily scheduler. The missing piece was randomized availability. 2beesy feeds Cal.com with Busy blocks, so only the right slots are shown.
My favourite schedule account, it's easy to use, beautiful interface and the integrations are really useful. I really like that it has its own videocall software.
With Cal.com, we make scheduling appointments super easy. It works perfectly with Dialoft AI, letting users book meetings directly from AI calls without lifting a finger.
Cal.com allowed us to integrate seamless scheduling options into OneLinkly’s workflow for enhanced productivity.
Cal makes scheduling a breeze with its intuitive design and smart features. It stands out from alternatives by simplifying calendar management and helping our team stay on track during Carecierge’s development.
I haven’t found an alternative with a better user interface, Cal.com just gets it right. It’s my go-to for booking and managing time, making scheduling feel effortless
Used Cal for a bit now, and I prefer the easy to schedule as well as integration with M365 and other apps. The landing page to schedule a meeting is no jazz, simple and does the job. The backend setting allows users to customise with third party app developers and integrate the scheduling, payment with Stripe and workspace with either Google or Microsoft, all comes together. Very few or none out there on the product market are at par with Cal.com. Can't wait for Cal.ai to be in hands for general availability.
I recently started using Cal.com, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The app is incredibly intuitive, making scheduling a breeze. The design is sleek and aesthetically pleasing, which adds to the overall experience. What truly sets Cal.com apart is the generous free plan, offering features that many other services would charge for. Plus, the customer support is outstanding—quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Cal.com to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly scheduling solution!
