It bit expensive but worth it. We use Carta to manage our cap table, pro forma modeling, pass all board resolutions. We also are power users of their Total Comp product which has been instrumental in how we design compensation philosophy, comp bands, variable commission plans, etc.

I have experience with carta as an angel only, and I can say that in comparison to AngelList, Odin, Mara and Uniborn this is the worst experience I had from a platform.

Can't find the wiring instructions. ACH failing. Support that's only PST for a company that serves the whole world.

I've heard from funds, it can be an ok solution, but if you are a founder and you are doing a round, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your investors.
