Circle is always adding the latest technologies like AI to their platformBest community tool out there. All-in-one.Love to stream live, host events, and communicate with my members using Circle!
I tried it, easy to start, especially for individuals, unlike other platforms that are more tailored to businesses, but feels very limited as you grow.
We use Circle to power our online community. It's a great tool for our use case.
Circle is the home of our Fractional Leadership Forum, where top executives connect, collaborate, and grow. We use it to host discussions, share exclusive resources, and run events that bring our community together. Coming soon, we’ll be launching courses and product testing opportunities, making Circle the go-to space for fractional leaders looking to advance their careers and shape the future of executive work. It’s where conversations happen, insights are shared, and innovation takes off!
We just completed migration of our popular discussion forum community engagement platform to Circle. The only regret is not doing it sooner! Our primary goals are to make the user experience easier and more engaging, while simplifying administration. In less than a week more than 100 new members have joined us, and many have provided extremely positive feedback. Circle made setting up our new community platform quick and easy. And it provides our users a familiar social feed with simple ways to connect and engage with others, without any of the ads, distractions, or privacy intrusion found on social media.
Easy to use and create a community. Not as popular as social media platforms so requires a bit more effort to maintain community.
I like the platform itself so far, but I really need to complain about the tech support. - They are the slowest among any tech services that I have seen. I really I'm not used to their speed of replying to your emails and solving problems. I needed to have a test community deleted in order to set up my new one. It's sort of an urgent matter, and it took them more than 72 hours to complete...
Circle is clunky and awful for members to use.
It only has an app for Apple, not Android - they keep saying the Android app is coming. Even Apple users found it awkward. My 400+ member community declined because of the challenges with using the program.
Avoid.
If you have any problems, customer service help just ignore you. You'll need to email them around 6 times to get any response
