Also, a BIG shout out to the Product Announcement feature...we are now able to broadcast key updates across all customer slack channels...we used to manually paste this in each channel earlier and at times used to miss sharing with 1-2 slack channels, this saves us tons of time and takes human error out of the equation.
ClearFeed has been essential as a company that heavily focuses on Slack based support. They have provided service at all hours, even very late nights and their openness to customization is very much appreciated. Fantastic company and product.

We use Clearfeed at Teleport's 100+ slack channels in our community workspace. It's a must have for any company supporting customers in Slack.
We replaced our home-grown support bot in days with Clearfeed and never looked back. Now our customers don't need to mention any bots and can be sure that Clearfeed will detect their request and always follow up. We also love Clearfeed's Zendesk integration and triage functionality.
Really high value addition to supporting your most valuable customers in responsive and engaging way. Take the adhoc, but critical, support you provide key customes via slack and turbo charge that. Provide a better experience both for your internal GTM/Support teams and but even more importantly for your customer teams (yes, that means support can actually become a many to many activity - reflecting the reality of complex customer relationships - vs 1:1 in traditional support channels). Integrates nicely with your existing support tooling. Highly recommended.
Making Slack actionable is a hard problem for companies. Super excited to have been following the updates from the ClearFeed team. The ability to stay on top of threads, be aware of customer problems as well as keeping tabs on SLAs etc combined w/ the broadcast feature is super interesting.
