Wow! This works really well. Just tested it on a few images and indeed as other commenters said - the edges are really sharp.

As a paid subscribed user, the remove background tools do not work as intended, it leaves a grey outline behind, and the rescaling tool takes a super long queue to load, or never loads. I've requested for a refund on the third day of my subscription but the customer service are non existence, they never reply the message even I email back again.

The background remover tool is great when it works, but I paid for a one-month service, and some days it doesn't work at all! I have written about six times, and they have not answered any of my emails. Customer service is inexistent!! I feel cheated and frustrated that I can't use something I paid for and even more so when I need it for my work. I would like to think that they are a small team of people and can't keep up with so many complaints, but they could at least let us know. The total lack of response seems disrespectful to me.

Great selection of tools easily accessible via API, it would be nice to see some of the wait times come down for batches but overall very happy with the product. Great work by the team.

I cannot rate higher than this as I paid last month for a monthly subscription and a few days later was unable to login due to a firebase authentication error. It was fixed a few days later. But now this month I paid for another month and have not been able to login to both my paid accounts. My second account just gives me a login error popup and the other gives the firebase non authenticated user error. I have put a support request in on the 1st of September (Your request (21125) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.) But have had no reply, so that is a month of no service for something I have paid for. So clipdrop please fix your broken website and make it so I and probably a lot of other paying customers can login. (Update 10/10/2023 I have had contact with other users and the same thing has happened to them, one person also paid a yearly subscription and then got locked out of account.)

Bad results. I also needed an invoice copy. Support never answers. I have contacted them every day for 10 days now. I read that they are using SDXL and signed up for a year based on my experience from dream studio and that they were bought by Stability AI. I would never have guessed that the organization was so unprofessional and unresponsive, nor could I suspect that the quality of the product was so inferior. Well, I should have done more research or signed up for a month first - so it is my fault, but it is so sad and disappointing.

I loved testing and using the generous free version so much that I signed up for a paid plan for the additional benefits. I noticed that all of the image results are 72dpi when downloaded, I incorrectly assumed that they would be 300dpi as a paying customer, and sent a support message over 48hrs ago and then a courtesy follow up message 12 hours ago but still no response whatsoever from the Clipdrop support - I only received an automated email with a support query number. I am left wondering why would you create such awesome text-to-image artworks and upscale them only to download 72dpi quality images? 300dpi is the standard for printing quality. Also the upscaling options (up to 16x) actually clips the images at 8192px so no matter how much you upscale your images they will never be greater than 8192px and rendered at 72dpi. This makes all artwork created on Clipdrop pointless if you want to print your creations in 300dpi quality and also wont be able to print on A1 nor A0 sized canvas. Such a pity. But my main complaint and 1 star review is due to no response from customer support in 48hrs so far... a bittersweet experience after happily signing up to be a paying customer. For those who do need to upscale in 300dpi quality I highly recommend Vance AI which I also recently discovered - they upscaled an artwork image to over 24000px with astonishing detail and in less than 2 minutes - simply WOW!!

I'm a paying customer and the speed and quality are astonishingly bad. Support is non-existent, they don't answer queries, pretending to have chat, but they don't even bother to follow up by email. I've been in the 'queue' for 30 minutes with the most recent image, and it still says "9 minutes left." Really let me down.

Absolutely worst AI app ever. The quality of the generated images change drastically from the time when an user avails a free trial period and after the payment has been done. There are no places to provide negative prompts. Even if the prompt is not NSFW, multiple blocked NSFW images are generated. I wanted a refund and reached out to them via email 5 days back, all I got in return was an autogenerated complaint number. I tried following up twice but no one reverted. Do not waste your money on this.
