Excellent, no issues at all, Dr sends over script, and you go online when it’s time to order and it’s shipped out quickly. Prices are amazing and insurance companies should be ashamed of price gouging. Thank you Mark Cuban
Absolute nightmare thus far. My doctor is sabotaging my Rx's by splitting my dose in half and making me order DOUBLE the quantity. Cost Plus are absolutely no help at all. So now I am paying MORE because I am being forced to order MORE PILLS because they REFUSE to do a basic conversion. AND they are only offering MONTHLY shipments even though I have ALWAYS gotten 90 days worth from every pharmacy I've ever used my entire life. My blood is boiling right now, I thought this company was supposed to help me save money but it looks like this is just another scam to fleece us poor people.
Their shipping process is very bad. My refills came very late
It doesnt let me to put insurance information
It says 2 to 3 days to ship. It's more than a week now after placing an order but they haven't shipped it yet
Very slow. Received an email saying there was an "issue" with my order. No details about the issue such as out of stock, payment problem, new delivery time frame. Nothing. Emails elicit no responses because, according to their contact info section, responding to emails would drive up costs. Why have an email then? The prices seem low so if you would like low prices and are willing to accept bad service in exchange for low prices this is the place.
My doctor sent my scripts over 2 weeks. The scripts are not in my account yet. I can't order my medication. I contacted them and I got a generic email saying that they can't respond to every single email personally and some other crazy thing. Very complicated and not user-friendly. I use healthwarehouse.com now, a much better option
Great prices if you can actually receive the drugs. Shipping department is terrible. They will NOT put the correct address on the label, so it is returned. This has happened twice and now they refuse to reship or refund. I actually need these this medication on a daily basis and have now been without for over three weeks. The doctor ordered from my local GoodRX pharmacy that I used before.
Trying desperately to continue to use CostPlus Drugs (I have a couple of prescriptions filled through them already) but one of my physicians is having a terrible time getting the CostPlus system to accept all the scripts they’re sending. According to website, all 4 drugs are readily available, yet they continue to only pick up one of the scripts that my Dr office is sending. All are being sent in the exact same manner and have been sent FOUR times, with only 1 showing as available to me. It took 3 emails from me to get them to give me a phone number the office could call. Great prices, but very weak system efficiency and customer service. Hopefully they will begin to read their reviews and make improvements.
Customer service isn't bad - it's nonexistent. It appears to be completely random whether prescriptions from your doctor will appear in your account. The prices are good, but chasing down your prescriptions isn't worth the headache. An all around awful experience.
