Crew3 has been a very good solution using it from a mod perspective, I have seen it grow and add features and being very responsive. Its use case is absolutely established and a sure way to keep your community engaged. It can however add a few nice to have features.
I think there's an issue claiming a reward on retweet quest. I can't claim on all my communities quest. It always says, tweet is not retweeted.
