I've been using Discuit.net for a few weeks and it's been wonderful as an alternative to Reddit, but to be really wonderful, it lacks a Brazilian community that I've been trying to create for a while and I can't. I also wanted to say that there is no support for Portuguese, they could soon release at least the Portuguese translation on the website. I hope the Discuit.net community grows a lot.
The site has a medium learning curve when first used but quickly grows into second nature. Many features are on the roadmap but the developer is slow and steady, which results in a very stable UX and little confusion.
While it is still getting it's footing as a proper site, it already has a dedicated group of members and has a good foundation for a proper UI.
