They power our realtime instant payouts. and allow us to create magic for promoters.
This is a legitimate user review coming from someone who uses this service for months (and not from people who know the dev team or founders which most of the 5 star reviews are). They advertise Venmo and other specific banks with 5-10 minute payouts. I never have experienced any of that. I've used 5 different banks including Venmo, but they always payout after 4-5 days.
Don't even bother with talking to their support because their AI / automated responses are not helpful and support would give you a reply DAYS after your inquiry with no help at all despite the fact that their chatbot says that they would typically reply within the day.
When asked where my payouts are after the dashboard says it's "completed" here's their stupid response: "If your payout is marked completed, it has been paid out by PayPal/Venmo. We are not able to do anything else from our end on this."
Completely inefficient, bad customer service, and falsely advertises their service. If you are a business owner, stay away from these guys. Would rate lower if given the chance.
Been using Dots for about 6 months now. Setup was pretty painless - their docs are decent and the API is straightforward. The main win for us was not having to deal with all the KYC stuff upfront anymore.
Absolute trash. They state 1-2 days for payout. It’s been 5 payment is still in pending. No efficient customer service. Chat bot or email. Chatbot says if you want a real person wait 24 hours. You wait 24 hours it says we’ll be back in 2 then it says normal business hours. Never got a response from chat or email. If you want your clients to not blow you up when they don’t get their money don’t use these guys. There are a couple to things you don’t play with. 1 is money the other is family. Sometimes messing one impacts the other so if you all don’t have it together take the demo meets down. Don’t market this to another business.
