Draftium

What started off as a really helpful tool quickly spiraled into something that was not. After using the software for several years on many projects, I was locked out of my account, and eventually figured out that my account was suspended.

After contacting them through their sales chat, I was told that my account had been suspended because one of my projects "looked like a scam" "This was a possible violation of their terms of use."

Keep in mind this was a very, very rough draft, which consisted mostly of a few grabby headlines and Lorem Ipsum placeholder text. I assured them my client was a legitimate, brick-and-mortar business who has been in business for over 40 years. They asked for proof of this, so I provided an email from my client describing his business and what he needed. This was not sufficient.

Two more days go by and I was contacted by the "head of customer service". Instead of being helpful or considerate of the situation, he instructed me to submit my client's "statutory documents and financial license" so they can get this resolved. That information, of course, is none of their business and I refused.

This overreach and secretly moderating my project disturbs me. I don't know what's going on at Draftium/Weblium, but it's not their place to do this, especially on a mockup.
