It's great! The only other competitor i consider for it is remove.bg, and this allows hd downloads for free. Keep in mind remove.bg is unlimited for sd downloads for free, but this has a limit of 2 from my knowledge. But for most use cases, it's the much better alternative. 5 Stars! (Would give 4 and a half, but i cant :D)
I like the interface. The process of removing backgrounds ca be quite slow. Nonetheless, this platform is a really good one with other amazing features
at first I was disappointed because for some reason it left blotches in the background. take the blotched image and run it through again and it works. overall happy with result. :)

I just did my logo in photoshop with some blending modes on a black canvas to enable some cool things. removing this black canvas manually in the current file would ruin the entire image and trying to export and remove the background myself was horrendous. As long as the image is of high detail/resolution, and, perhaps, has white background, the AI will do its job flawlessly.
