Used Etsy years ago and really liked it (with the community aspect of things). It was around then the rules for hand craft goods got more strict -- and rightly so since this platform is meant for handmade goods.

I just wanted a place where people already go looking for journals, and Etsy made it easy to set things up and start selling without overcomplicating the process.
Can sometimes be frustrating to find what you want, but once purchased all products have been good, as described, and shipped as promised.
I made a purchase, which was supposedly shipped but never arrived. When I tried to contact the seller, their shop was closed down, so I opened a case with Etsy instead. Literally a minute later, the case was closed and a refund was on its way. I couldn't have asked for an easier process or quicker solution, 10/10
