Fabric is a fantastic tool. It combines the speed of MyMind, the smartness of mem.ai and it handles almost any file format. I could not be without it.

Have been using fabric for the last few days and loved it! Great product and awesome UX too, we've even been referring to it internally at work for examples of how to design user flows!

It's my home for all things digital. Handles content pretty well and AI tagging is performing well!

Pros
+ AI tagging (1)+ handles many file types (1)

Fabric is growing from strength to strength!

At first, I supported Fabric out of "gee-whiz" curiosity, but now it's so capable that it's become the default storage place for all of my reference material -- articles, images, and files. Being able to dialogue with that trove of collected inspiration and wisdom is valuable beyond measure.

As time passed, I found myself buried under a mountain of documents, screenshots, and files, many of which I had completely forgotten. That’s when I stumbled upon the Fabric app. This cutting-edge application employs artificial intelligence to meticulously organize all my data. Fabric is not just an app, it’s a revolution in information management.

I'm one of the very first users, I have been waiting for a discount on Black Friday for the lifetime plan, and thus be able to support this idea, but it hasn't been like that there hasn't been a single cent of discount on the initial price.Pity.... The roadmap seems a bit stagnant for some time but there is hope.

Fabric is a very fluid experience. I cannot wait for it to blossom into a contender for the #1 second brain. The idea of a universal home is welcomed in this age of cyber clutter. I for one am a digital hoarder of note. (For the Hoarde! if you get it then we lolled together and if you didn't then read on) I want, nay, need a warehouse with an inventory system that rivals Shamazon's in order to organise my messy mind. Fabric could be that. It really could. With a little polishing, some minor tweaking under the hood and a long, hard look at their security and privacy black hole, Fabric is destined for big things. I have taken it upon my inner Karen to send a formal review to the Fabric team with my honest feedback. I hope they gain something from it. Onwards and upwards!

EDIT: There wasn't an article on Medium so I took it upon myself to rectify that. Have a read if you feel for it: https://medium.com/@dankdarkhors...

I'm so happy to have found this app. I canceled my 'mymind' subscription and am ready to join Fabric and its team on their journey to success. I really believe that they have the right idea -- the features out of the gate are so intuitive in my Chrome browser that I have no doubt they will find their way to creating a true second mind that mimics the way our brains work. I plan to continue testing the iOS app and patiently await the big update allowing us to integrate cloud drives, bookmarks, and more!

The ideas is great. But to have someone test and try a new app like this, integrations need to be at the center of the MVP from day one. Otherwise its too hard. Just another thing to try, but too hard. Get the Notion integration done, and I'm in..

I've tried other apps like notion and obsidian before but have never been able to stick with any. One of the problems was that I kept forgetting my own organisations and then when I needed a resource, wasn't able to find it. Same happened if I wanted to know what all I have about a particular topic.

Fabric saves me from that and add to it the awesome UI/UX, I can still organise my brain but search my heart 😁

If this gets a text editor for notes like notion or obsidian or even just Markdown, it'll be perfect 😚

It's really nice to use. I just would hope for a dark mode soon. If there isn't one, I'm missing it and I feel silly. Either way, even without, it's a great tool. It's a nice utility to have your things organized in. Very easy, very well-designed.
