Reviews for Floot
Hear what real users highlight about this tool.
Reviews of Floot highlight a fast, intuitive workflow, strong error handling, and better value than rivals like Lovable, with many praising the “draw your changes” iteration and an integrated stack that feels production-ready. Non-technical users report launching real apps quickly and appreciate responsive support. However, several critical reviews cite unstable AI behavior, context loss, quota drain, and workflow risks—especially concerns about sandbox/live sharing the same database, lack of staging, and difficult self-hosting/export paths. Overall: impressive speed and capability, but stability and deployment controls need work.

Impressed by Floot! Built a saas e-commerce site in almost 3 minutes. After that, I built a log in and sign up page with one prompt and some details. The page is absolutely what I want!
And I like the interface. It shows me the code generation process. But I don't need to pay much attention on it. It is nice for non-coders. Brilliant design!
I tried to adjust the details on the pages. The interaction from "Select" to "Chat" could be more specific. I chose one category title and asked AI to change to red. But it changed all of the category titles. So maybe it can double check it before run.
Congrats on the launch! Love Floot
I used Floot for a couple of side projects and internal software, and love it. Congrats on the launch!
I spent the last eight months with Lovable, and it was nothing but unnecessary changes and recurring errors that were never fixed. Then I found Floot from a YouTube video — it really changed my life. I rebuilt the app on Floot in just a few days, and since then it has been running smoothly.
It lets you focus on building the app, not the technical nitty-gritty. For non-coders, it removes the barrier of backend management, hosting, and all that headache, while still giving you a powerful toolset. It’s like giving a designer access to a full development environment, but with a simplified, intuitive UI. Makes the whole building process feel way more accessible without compromising on functionality.
The platform is absolutely the best out there and their team is one of the most helpful and provide great personal service. They helped me get a file storage API setup after I couldn't get it to work for myself. All the other platforms just leave users to guess and waste credits, Floot actually helps their users when they are stuck. THANK YOU!!! I strongly recommend Floot over any other platform.
Initially I found floot very powerful and quick to work with. Like other uses have noted, the AI develops a worrying habit of building things that were not asked for, and spends a lot of unrecoverable time doing so, and uses a lot of tokens and time to unpick errors especially. (£600 last month) It's own errors and forgotten context eat your tokens. Whole sections of the app can become unusable. The absolute killer for any sort of commercial app is not AI related, its conceptually poor thinking... that the Sandbox and the Live app SHARE the database.... and the there is no staging environment - so like yesterday when the app created a buggy cleanup SQL statement run by a cron-job, the live app was affected by clients losing data....!!! So create a duplicate perhaps? NO! duplicate apps share the live and sandbox database... and so for every duplicate you create another potential headache. The UI AI said to the back end AI - Apparently I built this... after one error needed rectifying: It loses context in unpredictable ways: I would consider this for development only if you can redeploy the Code to Vercel and build a professional workflow from your Git and hook up to Xano or Postgres outside of Floot. It's not a finished thing. Be careful.
I’ve been testing both Floot and Lovable. Lovable is great, but it sometimes overengineers and adds layers that aren’t really necessary. Floot feels sharper. The logic is clean, it runs consistently, and the “draw your changes” feature makes iteration a lot more natural. I’ve logged more hours on Lovable, but the more I use Floot, the more impressed I am.
I’ve spent the past several years building products with tools like Bubble, Flutterflow, and Webflow, so I have a good sense of what to expect from no-code platforms.
I’ve been using Floot for a while, and while the concept is promising and the interface looks clean, my actual experience has been very frustrating.
The AI makes arbitrary changes I never requested, forcing me to waste hours fixing things instead of moving forward. Translation edits, for example, can cause entire pages to break—menus suddenly display key values instead of labels, original text appears instead of translations, and inconsistencies spread across the page. It creates endless cycles of rework. After subscribing, the AI even feels less capable—missing context, producing irrelevant results, and causing repeated errors.
To make matters worse, my quota gets drained just from fixing these issues, followed by constant prompts to upgrade my plan. And when I tried to cancel or delete my account/projects, I couldn’t. That kind of lock-in feels unacceptable.
Compared to tools like Lovable, Floot has a very long way to go in terms of stability, reliability, and fairness. Based on my experience, I can’t rate it higher than 2 stars right now.
Just draw the page changes you want, and the AI will automatically generate and implement the code for you. 🎨➡️💻, I’ve tried a bunch of other AI tools for vibe coding, but none of them had this feature. Floot really surprised me with this—it’s such a game changer!
Have tried all of the other major vibe coding platforms and this is by far the easiest to use, and generate actual results for a non-technical person like myself. It somehow just 'gets' what I want to achieve with a nicer end product at a better price overall. Support is actually responsive and helpful too, my favourite so far for sure!
Floot skips the typical dev mess and gives you a functional stack right away. It feels like those training wheels you never want to take off. 🚀
Floot is outstanding. I built a SaaS content network in minutes. With a single prompt, I was able to get a login and signup page in exactly the way I envisioned. The UI is among the best I’ve seen, clear, fast, and unobtrusive, showing progress without getting in the way. Everything worked flawlessly from the start.
Congrats on a great launch!
