Gentler has been a big inspiration for this project. Its focus on balanced wellbeing and creating a healthier relationship with activity inspired me to do something similar for dreaming and sleep. The app feels incredibly refined and thoughtful, setting a standard I aimed to reach with Dreamlab.
Love the design! I have several similar apps in my phone, honestly, theres no need to use so many apps to track my life, but I really like to share the pics and graphs of my workout data to my friends. The free version is enough for me, give me a crazy discount maybe I'll subscribe

Looks good, just I am missing key features as laps (segments), intervals and custom sessions as native Apple app has. However, native Apple fitness app is still missing a lot from classics polar or Harmon watches features.
The best running assistant I have used so far. Overtraining was the issue that made me miserable, but this app helped me take control of my running load. The new wellness feature is accurate, and I love that the app keeps my health data on my phone. Highly recommend trying it if you’re a beginner runner or feel like overtraining.
