Gleap makes me feel like I've hired an entire support team without the cost. I have used Gleap to create a very complete support center for Ghostwriter.Express and integrated their AI assistant to be able to answer just about any question a user may have. The most important part of this business for me is that users feel supported and can get the help they, need when they need it. Gleap allows me to do that 24/7 and as users ask questions, they are easily integrated into the help center for future users. It is such a valuable asset to my business and the experience of my users.

Really successful product. I use it for almost everything, like getting customer feedback, surveying them, and using chatbot KAI, and I love it. They are always trying to be helpful, so kudos for that. If you are in a team, marketing, customer support, or Qa, or want to get everyone on the same page, this is an ideal feedback tool.

Great Work @gleap - As a long time customer I love the direction Gleap is going💪 We have tried Intercom's "Fin" as well and I must say that Gleaps Kai has the upper hand when it comes to advanced workflows for customer Support.🚀 Kai for the win👍

I love Gleap so much!

It's really a product with an incredible value. I started to use it last year mainly as a bug reporting tool, but since then, so many features were added and improved!

I can say today that I have built a big part of my services around it: a click on my "contact" button triggers the Gleap widget! I install Gleap on every websites made by my agency. The widget is only visible to WordPress admins so my client can report bugs, or change requests directly with automatic screenshots or video!

I just had few hours to test the knowledge base feature and I am already so exited to add it to my widgets : branding, cname, multilingual, SEO visibility : it has it all! I just need time to add the content there.

I am literally blown away by this team listening to their users, and the development pace of this already amazing product.
