Google Workspace is the ultimate hack for sharing files. At Proctored, we manage the timeline for Google Forms, storing scores, photo snapshots, and video artifacts in the examiner's Drive and Sheet. An alternative for this would be Dropbox, however, it is much easier to use Google Workspace since the users are already logged in through the Google button. Also, with the Google Workspace API's extensive documentation, it is easier to integrate into our Node.js application.
