I've been following product innovations and releases by HireQuotient for a while. EasySource 2.0 has been fantastic to try out because it goes beyond the typical ATS or automation tool in hiring. This is truly innovative in its use of Artificial Intelligence for candidate search in sales roles especially.
Congratulations on your launch!! It's an amazing extension, I tried it personally today and it help me find candidates as per my requirement within minutes. Just a suggestion maybe if we can increase the number of candidates given that would be amazing.

Like the simplistic UI, the ease of finding the right talent and engaging them! Quick question for the team, how do I get access to folks from industries outside sales and marketing?
One of the challenges we faced as we grew from 8 employees to 58 employees in a year was the number of hours we had to spend on screening for quality candidates.
Resume screening comes with limitations. Sometimes candidates oversell. Sometimes they undersell. It ends up an activity where you scan for the bare minimums
We still didn't have an HR function in place and each functional had to spend days swimming through an ocean of resumes.
We neither wanted our daily work to get affected, neither wanted to lose out on great candidates.
