I don't have a social media manager and Hootsuite has helped me optimize my social media efforts. What I like most about Hootsuite is the unified inbox that allows me to monitor all direct messages across all my social media accounts, a user-friendly user account interface, allowing me to easily manage five accounts, the ability to optimize publishing times for greater efficiency, as well as the ability to create drafts, and bulk scheduling of posts. It's is a cost-effective solution that has proven its worth many times over.
A great asset in streamlining our social media management. It makes scheduling posts across different networks fast and easy, and the analyics provide valuable insights into our audience engagement. It is a time-saver, but I wish it had a bit more flexibility in the reporting features
