Shoutout to HubSpot, probably the best platform to integrate with. Our CRM Card integration and workflow actions have been game changers for our customers, making onboarding smoother and more connected.
Sprinto's entire workflow is driven by Hubspot & we love it :)
We use Hubspot for marketing emails and sales workflows and it does its job, although the different parts sometimes feel disconnected. What we would really need is a more advanced and dashboard functionality.
Helps us nurture relationships with warehouse partners and clients, track leads, and automate outreach efficiently.
In the early days, Hubspot's startup program allowed us to do literally everything we needed to do to run studies - from landing pages and a website, to early payments collection, to our very first researcher newsletter!
We used HubSpot to centralize all launch communications, from beta tester onboarding to automated follow-ups and product announcements.
We run our entire GTM workflow on HubSpot. The automation capabilities and templates are huge time-savers. While some parts of the UX feel a bit clunky, the analytics are solid and it integrates with everything. It’s the operational backbone for our team.
Great tool; have used on-and-off over the past 8 years. Ironically, support used to be better. Difficult to chat with support for help, and typically takes a longer to resolve issues over email.
For small teams tired of tool chaos, HubSpot’s a total lifesaver! I used to jump between 3 apps for CRM, email campaigns, and support tickets—now it’s all in one. Yeah, the dashboard feels overwhelming at first (so many tabs!), but their onboarding checklists and pre-made templates got me set up in a day. Tracking leads from a prospect’s first click to sale? Chef’s kiss. My only gripe? The free plan’s pretty limited, but upgrading’s worth it if you want sales and marketing on the same page. No more lost data between tools—game-changer!
Perfect CRM for starters, pretty expensive to scale tbh. Pricing model is confusing however a lot of the functionalities have workarounds with automation platforms like n8n and make.com
I used the product for lead collection and Google Ads.
- Easily to create a form that could integrate with my landing page.
- Easily to create new Google Ads with seamless integration
HubSpot stands out because it brings everything—CRM, marketing automation, sales tracking, and customer support—into one platform that actually feels unified. Alternatives often force you to stitch together multiple tools, but HubSpot gives you a single source of truth for growth.
What I like most is how intuitive it is. The dashboards, pipelines, and automation flows are easy to set up but powerful enough to scale. It keeps teams aligned across marketing, sales, and service without needing endless integrations or manual workarounds. That level of simplicity + power is what makes it better than the rest.
HubSpot is one of the most reliable, powerful platforms I’ve used across startups and growth-stage companies. From CRM to marketing automation, sales pipelines, and ABM tools in a single platform. It’s intuitive, integrated, and saves countless hours that would otherwise be spent stitching different tools together.
