Been on Intch for a month while searching for a marketing role. The AI thing that applies for you is kinda wild but it works. Got two callbacks already. Not bad at all.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been on Intch for a little over a month and it’s one of the few tools I’ve stuck with. The vibe is very “build in public” and everyone seems more helpful than competitive. I got one mini-project so far and a few convos still going. Not magic, but def not a waste of time.

No jobs that were put forward were relevant. The response from customer support was “Our algorithms sometimes need a bit more time to adjust to each user” - not sure how this is possible when they are not asking for more info to change the algorithms.

I wasn’t even seriously job hunting when I signed up for Intch — more like doomscrolling between tasks and clicked on an ad out of boredom. tbh? It felt… different. I didn’t get bombarded with fake jobs or recruiters ghosting me. The first few days were kinda quiet, and I thought “ugh, another pretty UI and zero real connections.” But then I posted something casual about switching careers from PR to UX design, and people actually replied with advice, intros, even a few potential collaborations.

One guy connected me with a nonprofit that needed design help and boom — my first freelance contract in a new field. Was it huge money? No. But it was confidence, momentum, and frankly, that mattered more. The vibe on Intch feels like late-night Discord meets professional networking, which is weird but kinda great? I’d just love more filters or tags for niche stuff, and maybe less swipe pressure — sometimes I wanna chill and read people’s posts, not match-match-match. Still, I’m keeping it. It’s already done more for me than LinkedIn did in 6 months.

Deceptive advertisement. Next to no real projects once you pay, despite the lush offers of multiple projects in their adverts and preview. They make it very difficult to cancel and charge renewals without any prior notification. I highly encourage everyone to dispute directly with your credit card company if you find that what you were promised and got from this service do not match up.

Using Intch to explore international ops as a civil engineer. I like how global the crowd is. Saw listings from Portugal, UAE, Singapore. Wish the timezone stuff was clearer, but otherwise, really cool space for expanding horizons.

Wish more platforms handled feedback this well.
