Every time I tried to use it for a serious workflow, it broke down midway, forcing me to start over or switch to another tool. Whatโs worse? Thereโs no auto-save, no recovery, no proper user flow. Just pain. ๐

The product itself is just ok - slowly slowly developing. The problem is the support which is not existent to the extent of simply ignoring customers. With this product you will add videos to their hosting but really cannot have the confidence to do so as based on my expertise, businesses like this who fail to look after their customers don't survive long. Be very careful. Note, PH does not offer an option to upload images...if it did, I could show you how the messages I sent to Komodo have not even been read in the Intercom app....the message was about bugs --- these were never put right!
I've been a Komodo Decks user for the past 2 years, but lately, it's been pretty sh1tty, full of annoying bugs. They should focus on bug fixing and not those new 0-additional-value AI features. On average I have to record everything twice, since it either crashes, or freezes, or the save doesn't go through... It used to be a great product but nowadays I would definitely NOT recommend it!
Iโve been using Komodo every day for months. I came over from Loom. Loom was fine but Komodo had less restrictions for me. The app keeps getting better. Super easy to share, embed, editโฆ The ai features are cool too. The developers blow my mind with new features almost monthly!
Fantastic product. Been using for over a year and itโs been rock solid. Incrementally adding thoughtful new features that don,t jar but wholeheartedly add something you didnโt know you needed! Keep up the great work and good luck with the PH

I use this tool to teach how to make a digital planner in my fun job and as a Subject Matter Expert to help end user's use their software efficiently. It has saved me hours, and I just love everything about it. Anytime there has been an issue the response has been amazingly quick and the problem is always resolved. This software makes my life better every single day! :)

This is one of my best tools in my toolbox! When ever I need to record something I use it. It can be for instance a bug report or an instruction video for one of my clients. It's really useful and it's improving all the time! Sometimes surprisingly awesome like the AI script feature..
