Hey Team,
I'm really impressed with how Landa makes real estate investing accessible and simple: buy shares, earn a monthly income, and manage everything right from your phone!
I am curious to know how Landa simplifies investing. With so many agreements, property documents, and investor approvals, reading and managing each document takes time. What if you didn’t have to switch between multiple platforms to chat, review, and sign documents? Imagine handling everything directly within one platform chat with your documents and sending them for e-signature without chasing signatures or emails.
I’d love to share this quick tool with you to see how it could make your workflow smoother and more efficient.
Best Regards, Sania
With Landa, I can invest directly in relatively small properties. The advantage compared to normal funds is that I can choose my investments myself. In my opinion, Landa is a game changer. However, beginners should be careful and I would only invest in real estate where I have a good understanding of the regional real estate market.
Contractors beware! Landa does not pay their bills. We are in contact with their CEO Yishai Cohen and even he doesn’t move the needle on getting companies paid. This tells me that they either have a money problem or they are poorly set up to operate back end processes. We have mechanics liens on several of their properties today.
