I had to use launchpass a few months ago for a subscription. After canceling the subscription, it was renewed for some reason. Now I'm trying to get my money back. The launchpass support is less than helpful; It's just an AI that tells me I have to get my money back from the service that I'm subscribed to for some reason. Worst service ever.

If you run any type of business with reoccurring subs and have dealt with the frustration of removing and adding members yourself you need LaunchPass asap. I created an account with launchpass to monetize my discord and thought my account was just another subscription I'd be paying, without any human contact. It seems like any new tech company doesn't even have an 800 number. LAUNCHPASS is the total opposite. Not only did i get to monetize my discord, but I got a personal rep to assist with any complications I had/have.
A little about my experience, I had a google meet scheduled with Danny yesterday and he was amazing! Throughout the entire appointment, he was well-versed, knowledgeable, and had an answer for the very many questions I had asked. Danny had great tips about other sites integrated with launchpass like stripe and discord. 25/5 stars! I had questions the following day and he was immediately responsive. I wish every company had a Danny and offered a similar experience!
