Great tool that help me save so much time on meetings!

I use Leapsome on a daily basis. The features that empower me the most in my role as Co-CEO are:

1. Preparing & running very effective 1:1 and team meetings (I also add talking points on my phone regularly across the week, so I don't forget anything I want to cover in a meeting).
2. Maintaining focus on the most important levers to grow the business with the OKR functionality.
3. Working with the survey data (AI functionality to identify the action items and sentiment of comments) to build a better company and environment for everyone to succeed.

My favorite people enablement platform of all time! The regular reviews help me get the feedback I need to know about my strengths, my development areas, and how I can continue to develop and progress in my career. Goals help me track my progress on my personal development and also see how our team goals contribute to the overall direction of the company. The regular surveys make me feel heard by giving me the platform to share my sentiments and feedback with my manager + P&C team. And there's the Learning, Meetings, and Instant Feedback modules on top of that - which I love and use in my daily work. Can't imagine working without Leapsome. 🤠

I am a frontline manager, and I use Leapsome daily to organize my 1:1s, team meetings, and cross-departmental meetings (and any other meetings) and to keep track of my to-dos and direct reports' to-dos.

All in all: I am not overly tech-savvy, and Leapsome makes it easy for me as it's intuitive, and I can adapt it to my needs, not the other way around. Hence, I can only give 5/5, no notes.

Personal highlight: Leapsome's meeting module! I use it every day, and it makes 1:1 and team meetings much more actionable. The Slack integration is really helpful as well.

As a manager I love using Leapsome to enable my team. The modules I use the most are Reviews, Surveys and Meetings. They help me to get feedback on my own development, share feedback with my team, understand their sentiment through regular surveys and have effective 1:1s.
