Luminar Neo

I bought Luminar Neo as a complement to Photoshop. I was hesitant at first, but now my workflow is this: I do basic edits in PS, and then go to Luminar for that "wow" effect and atmosphere. It's a convenient combination; it really speeds up my work.

Sky AI effortlessly swaps out dull skies and blends new ones seamlessly into complex scenes, even around tree branches—adding cinematic flair in seconds.

I was pleasantly surprised by the way the layer system works in Neo. It's not a classic layered editor like Photoshop, but you can apply visual effects, textures, gradients, and do it all non-destructively. I use it, for example, to highlight the edges of samples - I used to do it separately, now - right in one project.

An important point in Luminar Neo is the support of ProRAW from iPhone and HEIF/HIF formats without glitches. In other editors, the color rendering of these formats suffers, especially if manual exposure settings are set in a mobile camera. Here, the color remains natural, and the exposure blocks do not fail.
