Almost a year ago now I paid for a DFY build out of automations for my business. Had a meeting with Tuan and they got started. Soon they asked to pause so they could focus on finishing 3.0 so I said yes as it would probably make the DFY buildout better. Well they ghosted me. No more responses in messenger. My support emails don't get answered anymore. I paid for a service that was never fulfilled, and it was past the window that I could file a chargeback through my bank. I was a BIG fan and actually referred probably half a dozen people to mindpal. From what I've seen though, I'm not alone with my experience. I was quietly removed and blocked from the mindpal official group, for commenting and trying everything I could to actually get a response.

Been testing out Mindpal, and it seems really good with lots of innovation but I think the team may be too small. Support tickets go unanswered, as well as group questions. They must be bringing in money, so they really need to hire someone to do proper customer support.

I can't tell if this product is vaporware or if some parts are just broken. I tried to create a "Lead Prospector for LinkedIn" and every potential lead it finds looks real until I click the LinkedIn URL it provides for the user, none of the links work and I can't find any of the people when I search manually for them in LinkedIn. There also seemed to be no way to get help with this.

MindPal makes it super easy to build workflows and the team behind it really listens to user feedback. Case in point, the new Canvas feature which I'm loving. The tool is evolving quickly like any good tool these days. I use it everyday.

I don't code and I made my first app in 20 minutes. I've made a few more now and am figuring out just how far MindPal can go in offering my clients a powerful alternative to standardized education.

Really unique take on AI tools, you can give it an idea, eg compare a CV to a job advert and it'll go away and make a tool that uses AI to do just that! Team are very active and engaged with the user community and have regularly rolled out new features and updates. Be sure to give this a try, so many uses.

I've been using MindPal for the past 2 months to further optimise my team's workflow using custom AI workflows. The way MindPal has been designed allows for some rather complex sequences of data inputs, custom prompting, and approvals which enable us to use AI for critical processes while retaining the desired quality. Although MindPal is young (i believe today's review marks their first birthday), their small team including Sylvia, Tuan and My are absolutely legends at delivering features requested by their growing userbase, fixing bugs, and engaging the community on a daily basis with suggest use cases, updates, and responses to queries. I will not hesitate to recommend MindPal to anyone who is considering trying MindPal.
