We switched to NovaTalks mainly because of their telephony features and it significantly improved how we work. The ability to manage and automate calls, set up IVRs and route calls based on availability or skills has made our team much more efficient. Another really helpful detail is that we can set how many chats or calls each agent can handle at once. It may seem minor, but it helped us avoid overload and distribute the workload more evenly. Now everyone is more focused and our response time has noticeably improved.

We’ve been using NovaTalks for a while now, and the platform adapts to how we work, not the other way around. The AI quality check is a lifesaver. It analyses every single conversation, not just the few our manager can manually check. This way, we always have a clear picture of our support quality. The mobile app is super handy. Whether I’m at my desk or on the go, I can jump into customer chats right from my phone. Having a personal manager from their team is a big plus. Whenever we need help or have questions, they’re there. No endless waiting. And I really appreciate that we can request custom features. Every business has its own quirks, and NovaTalks is flexible enough to grow with ours.

Before NovaTalks, we were constantly jumping between different messengers/website chat/email wasting time and sometimes missing important messages. With NovaTalks, everything’s in one interface and it’s a total lifesaver. The AI assistant is great at suggesting better replies and helps with the right tone. Setting up chatbots and mass messaging is really easy, even if you’re not tech-savvy. Since we started using it, we reply faster and our customers are more engaged. Highly recommend if you want to save time and improve your support!
