Obsidian Flight School

I've absolutely loved learning Obsidian with Flight School 1.0s. It has been incredibly intuitive learning how to use Obsidian. I had a bit of an issue getting 2.0 but the team helped me in no time (I mean it, it was amazing!) and I was flying once again! So excited. Thanks folks!

This was very helpful as a deep dive into Obsidian. I am just going through the material for a third time.

Great experience Low cost, and very creative/innovative opportunity to learn to use obsidian Besides you can take ideas on crafting engaging courses for different audiences Nick Milo is very energetic and is clear that he is very interested in helping people grow on their PKM systems

I'm still working my way through Flight School since the newest release of Flight School 2.0, but I must say it vastly exceeds my expectations. I'm fairly new to Obsidian, PKM, markdown, etc. but I've already learned a tremendous amount from Flight School. I feel like it's definitely accelerated my passion to become a better and more efficient power user for my Mac and for Obsidian. I highly recommend it! Additionally, after watching many of Nick Milo's YouTube videos and going through Flight School and his LYT vault (Linking Your Thinking), I can easily tell he is a highly educated young guy with tremendous potential. The only downside I can think of is I still can't figure out his riddle 😡

I really enjoyed the first version of Obsidian Flight School and am looking forward to jumping into the updated version. Nick has done a great job developing this product and is both a highly ethical innovator and a passionate Obsidian advocate.

It's hard to summarize OFS because it's so many things in one. Yes, it's a tool that'll take your Obsidian user ability/confidence 0 - 100, but it's also going to stretch your mind, expand your comfort zone, unlock your creativity and generally get you excited about knowledge/creation in a way you've never experienced before.

Previously all of my ideas/notes/creative work lived in siloes and ideas never got the chance to mature the way they needed because I was constantly context (and app!) switching. I'm only a month into my OFS (and Obsidian in general) journey and can attest to the fact that I've had the most meaningfully productive month I can remember. Meaningful in that I've started synthesising 8 years of entrepreneurship and coaching experiencing into something holistic, functional and so much more valuable than its previous forms. I've also managed to move >100k words of notes from 5 different apps + multiple notebooks into Obsidian which is going to save me countless hours of searching in future -- not to mention making sure I never lose an important idea.

This wasn't meant to become a rant but as you can probably tell, I'm a fan.

Great tool if you want to dive in and learn Obsidian. If you are just getting started with Obsidian and Personal Knowledge Management, this course will give you the grounding and tools to go to the next level

This team does a great job with Obsidian and learning how to use it. Their Flight School provides a quick ability to navigate and become comfortable with the Obsidian world. They recommend a core set of plugins that are high value, and train in how to use everything that is important for the easy use of Obsidian. Support is outstanding but seldom needed.
