I've been using the Oura Ring for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my wellness routine. The sleep tracking is incredibly accurate, and the insights have helped me improve my sleep quality significantly. I also love the sleek design – it's stylish and comfortable to wear all day. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their health and fitness to the next level! 🌟
The oura app has a delightful user interface and represents data with beautiful graphs and stunning visuals.
I’ve been using my Oura Ring for about a month now, and overall, I really love it! There are a few things that took some getting used to. For example, I noticed right away that my step count was much lower compared to when I wore a Fitbit. From what I’ve read, the Oura doesn’t always pick up steps if you’re not moving the hand with the ring. That’s fine with me though. I still use my Fitbit to track activity.
What I really wanted the Oura for was sleep and stress monitoring, and in that area, it’s been incredibly helpful. The ring keeps me accountable, gives me great insights, and has already helped me improve my sleep.
Overall, even with some small differences in tracking, I’m really happy with my Oura Ring and would definitely recommend it!
Oura is pure magic. From the sensors to the data insights — it’s in a league of its own. I’ve been obsessed since Gen 2, and it just keeps getting better. Gen 4 feels like sci-fi on your finger. But... I wish the sizing rings were backward-compatible. No open-source 3D-printable models either? Bit of a letdown for long-time fans like me. Still, Oura remains one of the most brilliant wearables out there. Love it. Recommend it. Trust it.
I geek out over the detailed analysis the app provides. My only gripe is that I wish there were more advanced visualizations for the data, but overall, I’m really impressed.
I've had an Oura since 2000 and am currently on my 2nd unit (Gen 3). I've been generally pleased but now, after about a year or so, the battery life has really gone down dramatically which may be due to the age of the unit OR the addition of new features. Unfortunately, this is a really big problem as you lose a whole night of analysis if your ring's battery dies before you wake up - even if it is just by a few minutes. Hopefully they continue to improve the software and, even with the battery issue, I'll be one of the first to order their next Gen when it is announced.
The product itself is good. I wish it would give you more recommendations on what to do to improve the areas where you are showing low ratings, or at least help you make changes to adjust and improve. Other than that, the feedback is great and it is very accurate.
