OpenPhone is the best - hands down. I've known Daryna for years and amazed by what they've been able to build. If your team uses the phone at all - OpenPhone is a must.

I own and operate several businesses in different sectors including commercial real estate, and home services. OpenPhone makes all operations and client interactions much easier. Without OpenPhone, everything would be much more challenging, balls would get dropped, clients would be unhappy, etc etc.

If you run a business, you need OpenPhone. Even if you don't run a business, you need Openphone. Why?

You know all those stupid forms that require you to enter a phone number? Use your OP number. Handing our business cards? Use your OP number. I only give my real cell to close friends and family. That way, if it rings, I know its legit. All else goes to OpenPhone 100%.

In short, OP is a paradigm shift for how I use a telephone. Thats a huge statement, but I mean it entirely. Can I get a sixth star please?

Pros
+ virtual phone numbers (3)+ multiple numbers management (4)

I like to think I was in the first 10 customers. Probably I was first 500 :) big fan of the product and the improvements they’ve made over the years especially the desktop app. As an agency owner it’s helpful to seperate “business” phones and its fraction of the cost of other traditional VOIP providers with a much better product and experience. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone.

Pros
+ desktop app (1)+ affordable pricing (2)

I had high hopes for this software for my business. However, after using for a few months, I was plagued with more and more bugs. To name a few, scheduled messages not sending, loss of all contacts I had created except for 4, not being able to use the app for a business day and more. Good luck getting a response from customer service when you have a problem. They typically take days to respond.

Cons
bugs (1) text delivery issues (1) customer service issues (2)
