We've been using reply.io for two years now. It recently dubs as Zoominfo competitor. I like that move.

Been on and off platform. Very intuitive, liked the addition of multiple domains and feel it was made for startups.

My issue is daily turn off of LinkedIn cookies. Campaigns can stop abruptly, so you need to have your hand on the pulse.

Data can be better too. They charge for risky emails too, but bounce rate is below 5% usually.

Otherwise, a good alternative to lemlist or even zoominfo. Used to recommend based on price vs features, and it's still on the affordable side. Yet, credits are quite expensive IMO.

DONT USE IT! Quite hard to add leads to LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Their regular plans displayed on their website simply doesn't include the Linkedin automation feature. Did a call with their team seeking to test and replace my previous linkedin automation tool, and paid for the Linkedin automation feature separately. Tried to create my first campaign with no success. The tool requires you to add name and emails of cold linkedin profiles you want to reach out and the tool never uploaded my csv file. Aside, contacted support several times, but they never solved the issue. Asked for a refund as I never activated one single campaign, in the first day after purchase, and refused it. By that I can see a poor saas tool, just looking for profit, instead of actually making it better, or helping a potential customer during a paid trial. NEVER AGAIN!
