Databutton is the go to AI app builder for every person looking forward in creating prototypes and well functioning apps. We used Databutton to create Wepost Forge, the all in all free marketing suite with small tools that are very nice to use.

The speed in which you can build internal tools in insane! I built a team LinkedIn app that enables our team to streamline our communication across campaigns. It includes AI powered generation that takes inspiration from the specific team members profile and previous content. 10xing our reach and helping them to write stories on LinkedIn that are genuine and help customers find us. The one click integrations, the ai agent and the native auth and database are what sets this apart, this reduces the need for technical skillset when building, Riff does all the heavy lifting and I just focus on solving my problem.

Pros
+ full-stack application development (5)+ responsive support team (7)+ user-friendly interface (5)+ no-code development (4)+ AI-powered scaffolding (3)+ fast performance (2)+ low-code/no-code approach (2)+ agent conversation interface (2)+ structured task lists (2)

We built the first version of Circular with Databutton and closed our first sales with it. Now, we use databutton for internal tools. Some tools we also share with our customers.

Databutton's support is lacking, especially for smaller clients. If you're not on the expensive plan, expect long wait times for responses, often with no immediate help. Despite building several sites with their application, I found the exported code to be flawed, leading to many issues. Databutton feels like a gambling machine, giving small wins but ultimately wasting time and money. Firebase offers a similar service for free. Support is inconsistent, often unhelpful, and doesn't seem to review code properly. Smaller clients receive minimal attention, much like a Vegas slot machine experience. Companies should prioritize all clients equally instead of focusing only on the larger ones.

Cons
inconsistent support (1) flawed exported code (1) expensive pricing (2)

Databutton feels like having a smart full-stack developer on your team. I just described what I needed, and it helped me build a working tool in under an hour. It’s fast, intuitive, and shockingly effective. Perfect for startups or anyone who needs to build internal tools without the tech headache.

Pros
+ rapid prototyping (5)+ AI-powered scaffolding (3)+ fast performance (2)+ user-friendly interface (5)+ full-stack application development (5)

Before finding DataButton, I was using a few others in this space. But once I found DataButton, I instantly lost interest in the others.

My biggest challenge with DataButton is to try to stay focused on developing just one app.

Here's what I like about DataButton;

  • The ways that it turns your app development input into structured task lists that it then executes in sequence
  • As a non-developer, I like how it shows you the agent conversations in the chat (like a conversation) and not dev code that I don't even understand
  • The layout of the interface to provide access to all files and pages, a running log, the plan (list of all the project tasks and a clear indication of those task lists, the app preview in desktop, tablet and mobile views)
  • The constant improvement they make to the product
  • The ability to use the agent to generate really great content to market the apps that I'm building there

I really look forward to my time working in DataButton!

Pros
+ structured task lists (2)+ agent conversation interface (2)+ user-friendly interface (5)+ content generation for marketing (1)

Databutton is simple to use, and I love that it is you through all steps. My only problem is that I used all the tokens before getting the first preview. I didn't have the chance to explore its capabilities. I will try it again and hopefully integrate it into my daily workflow.

Pros
+ user-friendly interface (5)
Cons
high token consumption (2)

I am a product manager, not a developer and AI coding tools have helped me hugely in bridging the gap that used to exist. I have played with most of them and there's something that i like best about Databutton. Great features, great interface too. Special shoutout to Trygve for excellent support in helping me when i got stuck and spending the time to help me understand how to best use the agent to avoid getting stuck the same way again. I have an annual subscription and i would advise you to try it for yourself if you have yet to!

Pros
+ user-friendly interface (5)+ responsive support team (7)

It doesn't solve issues with Auth, and too expensive, consumes too many credits to solve just one submit button. Not the best. But I see it creates codes

Cons
expensive pricing (2) high token consumption (2) auth issues (1)

Incredible product and team!

I'm not kidding when I say that I am truly in awe of this product. I've been a part of a few startups, I have little (basically zero) coding experience, but plenty of ideas, and Databutton allowed me to go from ideation to live in a couple weeks. That's including blowing up my app twice, so on the 3rd go, it was fully built in days.

Not only that, the team was there to answer any questions I had, and pointed me in the right direction to make sure I was building the right way.

If you're looking for no-code development, you have to use Databutton.

Pros
+ no-code development (4)+ responsive support team (7)
