Costumer service is awful, they will take your money and will return to you saying it was losses, the crypto market is booming, in short, they will lie.
I've followed these guys since the beginning and every time I explain it to someone, the immediate question is "Is it on both Android and iTunes?" My wife and I started using it so that we could try to catch up on retirement planning and it has been awesome to see. We both know virtually nothing about investing so having a tool like Soon that automates it all for you really takes the pressure off!
I've been using the app for a little over a month now, and I really like it, it seriously does 95% of the work for me. I love the reinvestment % option! There are some cryptos that aren't on your platform tho, are there reasons you don't include some cryptos? Are you adding any in the future?
