The only decent email client, and it’s free. The 2.0 email list layout is not as easy to use as the original, but thankfully they give you the option to use the original.
Spark is probably the best email app I've found. my inbox always remains clean.
Very good
Pretty solid 3rd party email client. Calendar wasn't working as well as I would have like when I last used it (mid 2024).
Spark is a versatile and user-friendly email client designed to cater to a broad range of users, from individuals seeking to streamline their personal email management to teams looking for efficient collaboration tools within their email platform. Its cross-platform compatibility, with availability on iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android, ensures that users can maintain a consistent email experience across devices, which is a significant plus in today’s multi-device world.
One of Spark's standout features is its intelligent email prioritization, which automatically categorizes emails into personal, notifications, and newsletters, allowing users to focus on messages that matter most. This smart inbox feature is particularly useful in managing the overwhelming influx of emails many of us face daily.
For team collaboration, Spark offers shared inboxes, email drafts, and private discussions within emails. These features facilitate seamless collaboration without the need to switch between different apps or forward emails back and forth among team members. It’s a game-changer for teams looking for an integrated communication solution.
However, no tool is without its downsides. Some users have reported concerns over privacy, particularly with how Spark handles email data. The app requires access to your email to perform its sorting and notification functions, which might not sit well with everyone. Additionally, while the interface is generally praised for its cleanliness and ease of use, some users might find the customization options limited compared to other email clients.
Here’s a brief table summarizing the pros and cons of Spark:
In conclusion, Spark stands out for its smart features designed to enhance productivity and team collaboration. It's a strong option for those who juggle multiple email accounts and collaborate with teams on projects. However, potential users should weigh the convenience and features against their personal or organizational privacy policies and preferences.
I believe the UI has made it more complicated than necessary. The previous version was much better at showcasing and separating emails.
Suddenly started crashing very frequently on my Windows laptop. After +1 month, 2 log reports sent to their support and several updates installed, still the same problem. I was going to pay for a premium account, but I've decided to migrate instead, it's unusable now.
On its own, I'd use Apple Mail. But with a team of people collaborating, Spark is very hard to beat. Impressive.
Fantastic email client that I've used for several years now and wouldn't use anything else. It has a very rich feature set and integrates with many major services like OneDrive.
Generally very happy with the app on iPhone. UI could be better on my Mac Would be nice to adjust font sizes for received messages Helps me with productivity
