This changes the way you plan forever! Every morning, you write out your main tasks, and (crucially) estimate the amount of time it takes for you to complete them. Then you can drag these onto your calendar, and you can realistically see what you can and cannot achieve in a day. Helps so so much with being realistic with your time and your days!

Sunsama is the only productivity tool that almost worked for me, and it was a big source of inspiration while building my own.
