installed it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work...

TalkTastic is a magical product. The ability to just speak, knowing you'll be understood perfectly, is incredibly freeing. I always hated responding to emails and messages because my bar for clarity was so high. It took me forever to edit and perfect my responses. But with TalkTastic, even reasonably unclear speech is nailed perfectly. It allows you to focus on your ideas instead of how you're saying them, which is really powerful.

The product experience is exceptional—fast, stable, beautifully designed, and seamlessly integrated with the OS. The way it auto-pastes the appropriate transcript and uses context to get the correct tone, style, and length feels really magical.

I am a huge fan of the product and the team behind it. I’ve found myself using Talktastic dozens of times per day.

To be honest, I've been bouncing between Talktastic, Super Whisper, and Whispr Flow, experimenting with which one works best for me. One feature that keeps me coming back to Talktastic is the Ghostwriter output—even if it doesn't write in my style or voice—it produces a more coherent and grammatically correct output. Hopefully in the future Talktastic will allow users to issue writing commands based on selected text. Thanks for developing this app

Very useful. I like how it leverages my iPhone as a mic, in case I don't have my headphones connected to my desktop.

A lifesaver for someone who talks faster than write. Just the transcript version of the converted speech has helped me overcome writer's block a lot.

I have been using this app to write emails mostly and it has been very helpful. It's nice to have the dedicated button on my keyboard to start the voice prompt at any time. Bringing the power of AI rewriting literally to your fingertips is such a good idea, I hope they keep improving the app as time goes on.

For folks like myself struggling with carpal tunnel, voice to text is a godsend, but getting something that makes it easy where you don’t have to constantly correct things is critical, which is why I’m a fan.

Perfectly integrated in the OS, feels magic. It's not just a dictation tool, that's already included in the Os. It's a massive productivity tool hidden under a dictation tool.

TalkTastic is an amazing tool that has made my writing more efficient. I no longer have to type and think about what I'm typing. I just open the app, speak my mind, and it transcribes and rewrites my message concisely, improving deliverability and understanding my audience's needs. This has allowed me to express myself fully without being hindered by my slow typing speed. In fact, this review was recorded using TalkTastic.

What MacOS's dictation should have been... :)

Super useful, simple way to record ideas and notes by talking through them out loud, giving yourself a useful summary you can share or act on later.

This is pretty slick but if you look at the terms of service and technically how this works I would be very careful of giving it any sort of sensitive or propriety voice input data.
