I recently started using Twenty, and I’ve been really impressed with how clean and intuitive it feels. The interface is modern and distraction-free, making it easy to focus on my tasks without getting overwhelmed. I especially like how quickly I can organize and keep track of important items. Compared to other tools, it feels lightweight but still powerful enough for everyday productivity. Overall, it’s a refreshing experience and definitely worth trying if you want a simple yet effective tool.

Twenty emerges at a time when businesses struggle between simplistic standalone CRMs or monolithic, overpriced platforms. By offering a community-driven, open-source foundation with contact management, custom objects and fields, pipeline visualization, email integration and API/webhooks, Twenty stands out by empowering builders to tailor their CRM rather than bending to vendor lock-in. The tech feels sound and scalable: a modern web stack that runs in any up-to-date browser, backed by a growing GitHub community of hundreds of contributors. The team’s emphasis on extensibility rather than endless feature lists shows a credible path to adoption among tinkerers and startups tired of one-size-fits-all tools. Risks include the learning curve of self-hosting and lack of offline mode, but for those valuing full control, Twenty delivers a refreshing alternative.

I'v been their paying customer and the experience has been disappointing to say the least.

They are young, and you'd think that they'd go the extra mile to make sure they give superior customer satisfaction (or else what's the point of people switching their current CRM!?).

Their platform is incomplete and their customer support takes DAYS to respond, not hours and minutes.

I highly doubt I'll come back to them to give them a second try later.

I'm moving to good 'ol excel files cause every other solution is so goddamn expensive & I know what not to expect and I'm certain I wouldn't be disappointed.
