Who doesn't love drag-and-drop? I was able to work with the developer to make the original framework, and then tweak it to be exactly as I wanted it to be. I'm mildly technical, but not a coder, so this helped a lot. It was very intuitive and I like how much control (or freedom) you can give to the gpt.

For building complex chatbots, Voiceflow stands out as the top tool. Its user-friendly interface, robust integration capabilities, and code execution features streamline the development process. The excellent API further enhances its utility. While Botpress was a strong contender, Voiceflow's superior knowledge base functionality ultimately made it the preferred choice.

Voiceflow is very beginner friendly, and it is capable of growing with your needs. When I first started using Voiceflow, I was new to AI and new to automation. I started off with their templates and watched their instructionals (super easy to implement), and learned a lot about the principles of automation (e.g., through javascript code blocks and API call blocks) to the point where I started discovering new automation oppotunities in my workflows.

Pros
+ beginner friendly (1)+ template availability (1)+ instructional resources (1)+ javascript code blocks (1)+ API call blocks (1)

All in all, it's pretty good, but, using it is way too complicated for the average joe. The learning curve is just too steep, you know? It's just not accessible enough for most folks. They really gotta simplify the interface and make it easier to use, otherwise I think a lot of people will get frustrated and give up on it quickly. Has potential but needs some more polish for sure.

Cons
steep learning curve (1)
