Terrible customer support. After almost two months, my order still hadn't shipped. I asked for a refund, but there was no response. I filed a PayPal dispute, and they intentionally shipped the product, which I no longer needed. I refused the package, and it was returned to the sender, but Volta still hasn't refunded my money. I'm now waiting for PayPal's decision. Stay away from Volta; they are a scam.
