This is probably the best therapy/wellness AI app I've used thus far! The responses feel warm, empathic, and actually helpful. But the really cool feature is the meditations! The app will create custom meditations based on the conversations you have with it, and I've been blown away by their quality and how helpful they've been. Really cool idea that's helped me integrate what we've talked about in a deeper way.
